Stress from our everyday lives can easily leak over into other aspects of our lives too, sometimes impacting on those closest to us that just don’t deserve, want or need it.
It can impact our sleep, our eating, our behaviour, and lead to further stress too, so definitely not an ideal situation to leave unchecked.
In this episode I explain an easy technique I have been using for years that truly works, and I’ve found really helpful. Even though I know this, it took a reminder from an unexpected source to reinforce this to me recently!
