
Stop The Negative Self-Talk.
If you do a lot of negative self-talk to yourself, about yourself, I implore you to stop this habit immediately.
You see, words are powerful, and so are thoughts.
For those that do this, no one else needs to put them down, because they do this all by themselves.
For example, if you have gained a few pounds and want to lose weight, you should still say to yourself, ‘Hey, I’ve put on a few pounds. It’s time to trim down a little”.
This is a very different response to, “I’m so disgusting. I am pathetic”.
See the difference?
So please, please, please, do not harm yourself in this way or do this to yourself.
I also talk about probably the first time I became aware of this issue too when I was a small boy, and it left a lasting impression.
