What Is Unconditional Positive Regard?
Unconditional Positive Regard (or UPR for short), was created by Carl Rogers. He was an American psychologist and one of the founders of ‘Humanistic Psychology’.
In this episode, I talk about his UPR approach, and how if you implement this concept into your life, how you view things will change.
