
As a counsellor, hypnotherapist, and life coach, I am often curious as to what goals clients are setting, or have set themselves.
For some, it is many, whereas for others that space is very vague.
Goal setting is such a huge area of exploration, and I believe it really is crucial for our own mental health.
Without a goal, we drift, going from day to day without any progress, like a ship without a captain.
