As a Professional Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Life-Coach, procrastination and procrastinating are one of the main things I see clients really struggling with, the ‘Should I/Shouldn’t I’, or ‘Can I/Can’t I’, playing over and over on a continuous loop.
It is a serious trap that should (and can) be escaped from at all costs.
I have also found it is generally the ‘start’ that stops most people.

1. Get emotionally involved with your ‘WHY’.
2. Break down the steps to bite-size chunks.
3. Make a success list today of what you are going to achieve tomorrow.
4. Make an internal commitment with yourself.
5. Get an accountability partner.
6. Do the preparation in advance.
7. Get moving!
8. Enjoy the journey.
9. Journal your journey.
